Bradley, Esquire began his legal career at Brooks, Bradley & Kenney in 1962 and immediately established himself as an aggressive and successful trial attorney. Prior to beginning his law career, he attended St. Joseph’s University on a full track scholarship. He then attended Villanova University Law School on an academic scholarship, where he was a member of the Order of Coif Honor Society and Law Review. Mr. Bradley has been one of the preeminent trial attorneys in Delaware County for many years. He has tried literally hundreds of jury trials with unparalleled success. He is a past director of the Delaware County Bar Association. He has been chosen by the Delaware County Bench to serve as Judge Pro Tem, and is routinely selected to sit as an arbitrator for high exposure claims. Mr. Bradley has experience in all facets of civil litigation. He has handled catastrophic tort claims, both prosecuting and defending. Law School – Loyola Law School Los Angeles Admitted to Pennsylvania Bar 1991 M. Gerard Bradley, Esquire is a partner in the firm of Brooks, Bradley & Doyle. He was born and raised in Delaware County and attended Cardinal O’Hara High School. Mr. Bradley attended The University of Notre Dame in Indiana, earning a degree with honors from their Program of Liberal Studies in 1986. Mr. Bradley then attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, where he excelled at the Scott Moot Court Honors program. Upon graduation in 1989, he returned to Delaware County and began to practice with Brooks, Bradley & Doyle, where he has spent his entire legal career. Mr. Bradley has one of the busiest and most successful insurance defense practices in the five county area. Mr. Bradley has tried well over one hundred jury trials to verdict. He routinely handles litigation in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Mr. Bradley also has extensive experience handling UM and UIM matters, both in a private arbitration and trial setting, as well as serving on arbitration panels. He successfully tried one of the first “limited tort threshold” cases, achieving a defense verdict which was affirmed in the landmark Murray v. McCann decision.
